What we process

Our server keeps IP addresses in its logs for 14 days to keep the site secure. Our visitor statistics (Umami, on our own server in the EU) set no cookies and store no IP addresses. Cloudflare delivers the site and processes IP addresses on our behalf, partly in the USA (EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

We only hold IP addresses in the server logs (14 days) and your emails if you write to us. To ask about them or have them deleted, write to hello@spotwatts.com or complain to a data protection authority.
